Establishment of communication system
Creation and establishment of LAN and WAN: as Sepahan has a very big refinery and different branches and offices in and out of the country, it has been equipped with local and vast communication system by use of internet and modern technology so every unit of Sepahan is connected with each other.
Establishment of VOIP communication system: a technology, that voice transfer will be done by IP protocol that all the telephones of Tehran head quarter, refinery in Isfahan and offices in other places are equipped in this way, to do so all the communication in the organization will be done internally and it results to fast, easy and cheap communication among all members of Sepahan.
Establishment of Video conference system: establishment of multipurpose video conference system with image management leads to visual and audio information transfer for holding meetings and conference.
Establishment of customer informing system
For easy communication, we have prepared following facilities for our customers.
